Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • All orders must be shipped via UPS one Air to ensure your products arrive safe for consumption

  • The email provided in your order will be added to the UPS tracking number for delivery updates directly from UPS. If there are unforeseen delays with your delivery please contact us, info@torrettafinefoods.com as soon as possible to discuss possible options. We are not accountable for UPS delays or issues.

  • Orders will be shipped every Monday and Wednesday via UPS 1 day air. If your order is placed Thursday-Sunday it will ship the upcoming Monday.

  • If there is an issue with your order please contact us, info@torrettafinefoods.com within two hours of the UPS delivery time for refund. We are not accountable for deliveries left unattended for longer than the delivery window. 

  • For customers in the Kansas City Metro area, Saturday delivery is available. Your products are hand delivered and cannot be left unattended to ensure food safety. An email with the two hour delivery time will be sent to the email provided in the order by 5:00pm CT Friday. ​​Please respond to that email if you are not available for delivery, we will try our best to accommodate.

Refund Policy

  • If there is an issue with your order please contact us, info@torrettafinefoods.com within two hours of the UPS delivery time for refund. We are not accountable for deliveries left unattended for longer than the delivery window. 

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. If you would like to modify your order, contact us, info@torrettafinefoods.com prior to shipping or KC Saturday delivery. Please refer to the shipping policy above for timeline.
